I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the central areas were cleaned well, unfortunately, our bedroom with a view of the garden was not up to par. On the bright side, it was cleaned every day. The service was outstanding, with all our requests being met promptly. The location was convenient, right in the heart of Fira and close to everything we needed. The dining experience was exceptional, especially with the seriously yummy Pork Belly dish. However, the facilities could use some improvements.
